Job summary

Joy~Nostalg Group is seeking a Project Development Officer to support the Chief Operating Officer in overseeing a project’s entire life cycle, from concept to close. You will conduct feasibility studies, coordinate with partners, and draft policies to drive strategic objectives.

The role requires a degree in Marketing/Business/Economics, at least 5 years in real estate project development, and strong budgeting/reporting capabilities. Travel to site assignments may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experience in business/project development in real estate.
• Basic knowledge in land acquisition, permits/licenses, house construction, and estate requirements.
• Budgeting and project management experience is required.
• Ability to report project status to the Executive Team and other departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Computer literate with strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across units.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, feasibility studies, and draft business plans for proposed ventures of the company.
• Lead and coordinate project implementation with internal and external partners within budget and schedule.
• Draft project-related policies aligned with Vision-Mission-Objectives of the company.
• Monitor project operational performance and provide periodic status reports to management.
• Propose strategies to keep projects ahead of schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate activities of all functional units to align with project objectives.
• Handle all administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
