Job summary

Golden Topper is seeking a Project Development Officer in Cebu City to drive pre-construction planning, feasibility studies, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination for new real estate developments in the Philippines.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and government agencies to translate market insights into viable project briefs, manage budgets, risks, and timelines from idea to ready-for-build, with 3–5 years in real estate development and relevant degree required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant real estate experience is preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate development processes.

Responsibilities

• Market research & feasibility studies to identify viable development opportunities.
• Land acquisition support with due diligence and zoning information.
• Coordination of permitting & regulatory compliance with DHSUD, DPWH, LGU, DENR, etc.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and consultants to create master plans and timelines.
• Budget monitoring, cost control, risk management, and reporting of project milestones.
