Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and marketing; real estate experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and creating digital marketing visuals.
• Able to prepare print-ready files and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and signage.
• Create graphics and layouts for property listings and social media content.
• Develop visuals for online campaigns and advertisements.
• Ensure all designs align with branding and messaging.
• Prepare marketing materials for launches, open houses, and promotions.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and internal teams for timely outputs.
• Supervise and guide the Marketing Assistant and review outputs.
• Maintain an organized library of design files and project docs.
• Support planning, campaign execution, and reporting as needed.
• Perform other marketing and design tasks as assigned.
