• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and creating digital marketing visuals.
• Able to prepare print-ready files and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and signage for both print and digital platforms.
• Create graphics and layouts for property listings, real estate project promotions, and social media content.
• Develop visual content for online campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements.
• Ensure all designs and materials align with the company’s branding and messaging.
• Prepare marketing materials for property launches, open houses, and special promotions.
• Coordinate with printing suppliers, external vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs.
• Supervise and guide the Marketing Assistant, assign tasks, and review outputs to meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain an organized library of design files, marketing materials, and project documentation.
• Support marketing planning, campaign execution, and reporting as needed.
• Perform other marketing and design-related tasks as assigned by management.
