Job summary

Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. is seeking a creative Graphic Artist / Photographer to support real estate marketing with compelling visuals. You will design marketing collateral, shoot properties, and produce engaging assets for digital campaigns and promotions.

The role requires proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, knowledge of photo and basic video editing, and willingness to travel to project sites. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Photography, Communication Arts, or a related field.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of photography, photo editing, and basic video editing.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing marketing collaterals for real estate projects, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, flyers, banners, and property listings.
• Develop creative layouts and visual content for online campaigns, sales promotions, and corporate communications.
• Ensure consistency with the company's branding guidelines across all marketing materials.
• Capture high-quality photographs of properties, model units, amenities, showrooms, and project developments.
• Conduct photo and video shoots during company events, sales activities, property launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in creating short-form videos and reels for social media and other digital marketing platforms.
• Perform photo editing, color correction, image enhancement, and basic video editing to ensure professional output.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of photographs, videos, and other marketing assets.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned designs and photography outputs according to campaign schedules.
• Stay updated on design trends, photography techniques, and social media content formats relevant to real estate marketing.
• Perform other related creative and marketing tasks as may be assigned.
