Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Proficient in customer service software and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer concerns, complaints, and punchlisting requests through the ticketing system.
• Monitor end-to-end handling of customer issues, including unit turnover and post-handover concerns.
• Communicate and resolve unit concerns to relevant departments before turnover.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, resolutions, and punchlisting activities, and prepare reports.
