Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Finance Analyst in ManilaBay area to manage full cycle accounting, financial reporting, and ledger maintenance for multiple clients. You will apply accounting principles, supervise team efforts, and support audits and client communications.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and adherence to internal controls, with opportunities to guide junior staff and improve processes within the accounting function.

Qualifications

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Requires one to three years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Yardi, MRI, or other real estate accounting software preferred; strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform Full Cycle Accounting, including analysis of accounts and transactions, cash management, AP/AR, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages timely and accurately per internal controls and client requirements.
• Research and communicate complex accounting issues and collaborate with clients and property management promptly.
• Apply procedures for preparation of accounting records, research of transactions, and reporting.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation and information as requested.
• Lead team meetings and coach Accountants; support onboarding of new assignments.
