Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage finance-related transactions, including billings, collections, payables, expenses, budgets, and reports. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timely closing processes.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting (CPA a plus) with at least 5 years of accounting experience, and demonstrates high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA is a plus.
• At least 5 years’ working experience in accounting.
• High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Dedication to work and drive to excellence.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoice & Collection Management: Prepare client invoices, ensure documentation, monitor collections, and reconcile records.
• Supplier & Compliance Processing: Handle supplier invoices and ensure compliance.
• Financial Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain and reconcile monitoring, review expense reports for validity, and prepare monthly revenue reports with variance analysis.
• Planning & Month-End Activities: Assist in annual operating plan preparation and perform month-end closing tasks.
• Bank Reconciliation & Other Duties: Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and perform other finance-related functions as assigned.
