Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Officer with real estate experience to drive branding, online campaigns, and lead generation across residential, commercial, and mixed-use property projects.

The role requires hands-on management of campaigns, social media marketing, and collaboration with sales teams and agencies to deliver measurable results. You will develop content, coordinate with creatives, and monitor performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience in real estate or property development.
• Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, social media marketing and lead generation for property projects.
• Experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Analytics tools.
• Familiarity with broker campaigns and coordination with sales teams.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok.
• Support campaigns for project launches, promotions, open houses, and seasonal campaigns.
• Align campaigns with branding, sales targets and lead generation goals.
• Manage and optimize online lead generation campaigns and monitor performance.
• Prepare campaign reports and recommendations to improve ROI.
• Coordinate with Sales teams and external agencies.
• Oversee content development for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with creatives, photographers and agencies for content production.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
• Monitor market trends and platform updates to refine digital strategies.
