Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking an accounting professional to lead day-to-day financial operations for real estate development and property management in the Philippines. You will handle multiple projects, maintain clean ledgers, and ensure accurate job costing across developments.

The role requires hands-on QuickBooks experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and the ability to communicate financials clearly to leadership.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate development, construction, or property management.
• Strong understanding of real estate and construction accounting.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and familiarity with Xero is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for real estate development, construction, and property operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, Xero, and other systems.
• Track project costs and job costing for each construction project.
• Record labor, materials, subcontractor costs, and development expenses.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards monthly.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Maintain reporting by property, project, and entity.
• Coordinate accounts payable and invoicing for projects.
