Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of accounting experience in a public company or public accounting firm setting.
• Proven full-cycle accounting ownership.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Experience reviewing or managing junior staff.
• Ability to work until 2pm EST.
• Stable home setup with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounting for assigned real estate portfolios.
• Perform bank reconciliations and oversee AP/AR.
• Close month-end and produce financial statements.
• Review processes and ensure documentation standards.
• Coordinate with Junior Accountants and provide guidance.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams.
