HYPR Service is seeking a remote, full-time Cold Caller (Lead Generation Specialist) for Real Estate Investments. You will initiate high-volume outbound calls to homeowners using a powerdialer, qualify opportunities, and pass top leads to Acquisitions Managers.

Qualifications

• PI profile alignment (High D or High A) is required.
• Hands-on experience with multi-line powerdialers/dialer systems.
• 1+ years in high-volume outbound calling, telesales, or real estate wholesaling/investing.
• Fluent spoken and written English with high energy, resilience, and objection-handling abilities.
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and good headset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling (2,000+ to 4,000+ dials/week).
• Qualify homeowners, verify property details, and capture lead criteria.
• Log calls, update lead statuses, and document notes in CRM.
• Maintain 10%-20% connection rate and 10+ qualified leads/week.
• Participate in daily check-ins, role-plays, and training.
