Job summary

Gothong Southern Properties is seeking a Broker Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between the company and accredited real estate brokers in Cebu City. You will provide broker support, handle inquiries, coordinate sales documentation, and assist in sales initiatives to boost productivity and revenue through the brokers' channel.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, and flexibility for weekend or evening events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination or broker relations, preferably in real estate.
• Experience handling sales documentation and CRM tools with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings for events.
