Source and attract potential tenants through online platforms, referrals, networking, and other marketing channels.
Market and promote available condo units to maximize occupancy rates.
Conduct property tours, highlighting unit features and amenities to prospective tenants.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current tenants.
Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and a customer focused approach.
Prepare and process lease agreements, contracts, and related documentation.
Coordinate with property management for unit availability, turnovers, and maintenance schedules.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, viewings, and closed leases.

Qualifications
