Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electro Mechanical Technology, Electronics Technology, Industrial Technology, Energy and Systems Management or related courses.
Open to fresh graduates and career shifters.
Willing to be assigned in farm or plant operations.

The Ready Now Program is designed to discover, develop, and empower the next generation of engineering professionals through structured experiential learning in the poultry industry. The program provides a strong foundation through lectures, hands on exposure in farm or plant operations, and mentorship from industry experts.
