Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage medical claims to ensure accurate and timely submission.
• Perform insurance verification to confirm patient eligibility and coverage.
• Review and validate patient information, charges, and documentation.
• Handle charge capture and medical coding coordination.
• Monitor and follow up on submitted claims.
• Investigate and resolve denied or rejected claims.
• Perform payment posting accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies.
• Assist with patient billing inquiries and collections.
• Generate and review RCM reports and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations.

Key Responsibilities – RCM Medical Biller / Revenue Cycle Specialist

• Process and manage medical claims to ensure accurate and timely submission to insurance providers.
• Perform insurance verification to confirm patient eligibility and coverage.
• Review and validate patient information, charges, and documentation before claim submission.
• Handle charge capture and medical coding coordination to ensure proper billing procedures.
• Monitor and follow up on submitted claims to ensure prompt reimbursement.
• Investigate and resolve denied or rejected claims through denial management processes.
• Perform payment posting by accurately recording insurance and patient payments in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and claim issues.
• Assist with patient billing inquiries and collections when necessary.
• Generate and review RCM reports and analytics to track billing performance and identify issues.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and company policies.
