RCM Medical Biller / Revenue Cycle Specialist
We are looking for experienced RCM professionals who are knowledgeable in Revenue Cycle Management processes and ready to grow in a dynamic healthcare support environment.

Key Responsibilities – RCM Medical Biller / Revenue Cycle Specialist
- Process and manage medical claims to ensure accurate and timely submission to insurance providers.
- Perform insurance verification to confirm patient eligibility and coverage.
- Review and validate patient information, charges, and documentation before claim submission.
- Handle charge capture and medical coding coordination to ensure proper billing procedures.
- Monitor and follow up on submitted claims to ensure prompt reimbursement.
- Investigate and resolve denied or rejected claims through denial management processes.
- Perform payment posting by accurately recording insurance and patient payments in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address billing discrepancies and claim issues.
- Assist with patient billing inquiries and collections when necessary.
- Generate and review RCM reports and analytics to track billing performance and identify issues.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in the same role
- Knowledgeable in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes
- Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
Strong preference for candidates with exposure to 2–3 of the following key RCM areas:
- Insurance Verification
- Charge Capture
- Medical Coding
- Payment Posting
- Patient Billing & Collections
- Reporting & Analytics
