Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Inspector to join our materials team in the Philippines. You will perform incoming inspection and sampling of raw materials to ensure GMP-compliant quality and traceability.

Your role involves documenting samples, coordinating with QA, Warehouse, and Production, and supporting audit readiness with precise records and adherence to GMP and GWP standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; QA/chemistry/training is advantageous.
• Experience in raw material inspection or QA is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and GWP.
• Strong attention to detail in documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient with basic productivity tools.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection and sampling of raw materials to ensure quality standards and specifications.
• Collect, label, and document samples accurately following GMP requirements.
• Verify and maintain inspection and sampling records to support traceability and compliance.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Production regarding material status and disposition.
• Report non-conforming materials and support investigations related to quality issues.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of raw material samples and retained samples.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to quality and safety standards.

• Perform incoming inspection and sampling of raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Collect, label, and document samples accurately following established procedures and GMP requirements.

• Verify and maintain complete inspection and sampling records to support traceability and compliance.

• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Production teams regarding material status and disposition.

• Report non-conforming materials and support investigations related to quality issues.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of raw material samples and retained samples.

• Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to quality and safety standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• At least a high school graduate; additional education or technical training in Quality Assurance, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related fields is an advantage.

• Experience in raw material inspection, sampling, warehouse operations, or quality assurance is preferred.

• Knowledge of quality assurance principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Computer literate and proficient in basic productivity tools.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
