Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a Lead Internal Auditor to drive plant audit programs in the Philippines. You will build QA auditing capabilities, conduct risk assessments, and support FDA-related regulatory activities to ensure GMP compliance.

The role requires expertise in quality standards, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration to enable compliant operations across the plant network.

Qualifications

• Certified Lead/Internal Auditor with strong knowledge of GMP, FDA, and quality standards.
• Proficient in risk identification, assessment and management with analytical thinking.
• Able to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant internal audit planning and execution, including regular plant audits.
• Build, train, and develop Plant Internal QA Auditors; lead plant risk identification and mitigation.
• Support Regulatory Affairs in FDA audits and other regulatory/compliance obligations.
