Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a quality control inspector to perform incoming inspection and sampling of raw materials, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain traceable documentation.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with QA, warehouse, and production teams. The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with knowledge of QA principles and GMP/GWP, strong communication skills, and proficiency in basic productivity tools.

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate; additional education or technical training in Quality Assurance, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related fields is an advantage.
• Experience in raw material inspection, sampling, warehouse operations, or quality assurance is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in basic productivity tools.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection and sampling of raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Collect, label, and document samples accurately following established procedures and GMP requirements.
• Verify and maintain complete inspection and sampling records to support traceability and compliance.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Production teams regarding material status and disposition.
• Report non-conforming materials and support investigations related to quality issues.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of raw material samples and retained samples.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to quality and safety standards.
