What You'll Do:
Perform incoming inspection and sampling of raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Collect, label, and document samples accurately following established procedures and GMP requirements.
Verify and maintain complete inspection and sampling records to support traceability and compliance.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Production teams regarding material status and disposition.
Report non-conforming materials and support investigations related to quality issues.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of raw material samples and retained samples.
Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to quality and safety standards.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At least a high school graduate; additional education or technical training in Quality Assurance, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related fields is an advantage.
Experience in raw material inspection, sampling, warehouse operations, or quality assurance is preferred.
Knowledge of quality assurance principles, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Warehousing Practices (GWP).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Computer literate and proficient in basic productivity tools.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
