Job summary

Genie PH, located in San Pedro, Laguna, is seeking a detail-oriented Line Quality Assurance professional to ensure GMP-compliant manufacturing operations. The role covers line clearance, in-process inspections, sampling, hygiene monitoring, and review of quality documents.

The candidate should hold a relevant bachelor's degree and have knowledge of GMP, GDP, and Philippine FDA regulations for Food Supplements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology or related field.
• Experience in Food, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, or FMCG manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP.
• Familiarity with Philippine FDA regulations for Food Supplements.
• Understanding of HACCP Principles and GDP.
• Knowledge of in-process quality control and sampling techniques.
• Basic knowledge of root cause investigation.
• Ability to conduct line clearance and in-process inspections.
• Proficient in Excel and Word with basic data analysis skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with Production personnel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct line clearance before and during manufacturing operations.
• Perform in-process inspections and process verification to ensure compliance with approved procedures and specifications.
• Monitor manufacturing activities in accordance with GMP and Quality Management System requirements.
• Conduct in-process sampling and ensure proper sampling procedures are followed.
• Monitor environmental conditions and personnel hygiene within production areas.
• Review manufacturing and quality-related documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Prepare and report deviations observed during manufacturing operations.
• Assist in basic root cause investigations and follow-up of quality issues.
• Release manufacturing stages based on established quality requirements and procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate quality-related concerns with Production personnel.

About the role
