Job summary

iSupport Worldwide, a high-volume catering and venue hospitality company, seeks a sharp Lead Response & Sales Support Specialist as the first contact for inbound online leads. You will respond quickly, nurture prospects with excellent communication, qualify and warm leads, and create initial proposals for promising opportunities.

Responsibilities include booking venue tours, handing off clean opportunities to our sales team, and maintaining detailed CRM records to enable fast, high-quality

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and clear phone presence.
• Outstanding written English with polished emails and scripts.
• Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills for high-volume leads.
• Quick learner able to absorb venue details, package options, and common client questions.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and keeping conversations moving.
• Reliable coverage across 7 days per week during standard hours.
• Experience with CRM systems or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Contact new online leads immediately, primarily by phone, during business hours.
• Write clear, personalized emails using provided scripts and templates.
• Execute structured follow-up sequences to secure responses and move conversations forward.
• For hot leads, gather key details, generate and send initial proposals, and seek buy-in.
• Check availability, book tours and hold dates as appropriate.
• Nurture leads with timely responses until transition to a salesperson.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and activity logs for full visibility.
• Deliver quick, accurate responses to build confidence and engagement.
