You will be the first contact for inbound online leads, respond quickly, nurture prospects, qualify and warm leads, create initial proposals, book tours, and hand off well-documented opportunities to our sales team.

Success means speed-to-lead, consistent follow-up, and high-volume engagement that converts inquiries into sales-ready opportunities, with detailed CRM notes and timely, professional

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with no accent and professional phone presence.
• Outstanding written English with warm, personalized emails.
• Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills for high lead volumes.
• Quick learner able to absorb venue details and client questions.
• Comfortable outbound calling and moving conversations forward.
• Experience with CRM systems or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Immediately contact new online leads (primarily by phone) during business hours.
• Write clear, polished, personalized emails using templates; adapt messaging to engage prospects.
• Execute structured follow-up sequences to secure responses and advance conversations.
• For hot leads: answer questions, gather details, generate and send initial proposals, seek buy-in.
• Check calendar availability; book tours and hold dates as appropriate.
• Maintain detailed notes and activity logs in CRM for full visibility by the sales team.
• Hand off qualified leads to sales with complete history.
