Job summary

United Davao Specialists Hospital and Medical Center Inc. seeks a Senior Radiology Manager to lead the Radiology division and ensure services meet current medical standards.

You will draft policies, oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules, and coordinate with HR and Ancillary departments to resolve conflicts and optimize patient care across radiology services in our facility in Davao City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist credential required.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee the setup of the Radiology structure and processes.
• Draft policies, procedures, and guidelines for the operations of the Radiology.
• Organizes, directs, administers, and oversees Radiology services to meet medical standards.
• Assess problems presented by patients and staff and provide timely solutions.
• Manage daily operational routine and documentation for the Radiology Section.
• Monitor policy adoption and staff compliance with operations.
• Prepare and approve staff duty schedules.
• Lead periodic Radiology staff meetings.
• Resolve conflicts among staff and with customers/patients when needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Ancillary Manager and HR as required.
• Plan supplies, equipment, and facilities for efficient patient care.
