City of General Trias Doctors Medical Center, Inc. seeks a Chief Radiologic Technologist who will represent Radiology in meetings and oversee staffing, reporting, and budgeting. The role includes performing diagnostic radiologic procedures and ensuring radiographic quality.

The candidate will supervise staff, prepare annual reports and budgets, and handle license renewal documentation while guiding staff orientation and motivation.

Competenze

• A Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technologist is required.
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist.
• Minimum 2 years as Chief Radiologic Technologist.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and data gathering processes.

Mansioni

• Represent the Department of Radiology in monthly admin meetings and other required meetings.
• Plan monthly radiology staffing, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays; assign relievers as needed.
• Supervise staff in preparing monthly/ semi-annual/ annual reports and annual budget forecast.
• Prepare documents for license-to-operate renewal.
• Orient and motivate radiology staff.
• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures.
• Assess radiographic quality.
• Draft the department budget.
• Submit operational income and expense financial reports.
