Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology.
• RRT certification or equivalent.
• New licenses are encouraged to apply.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Knowledge of imaging techniques and equipment.
• Strong patient care and communication.

About the role

This is a radiologic technologist position responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations according to physician orders, positioning patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images, and operating radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.

• Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow radiation protection and safety protocols for patients, staff, and self
• Verify patient identity and explain imaging procedures
• Monitor patients during imaging procedures and respond to their needs
• Evaluate images for quality and repeat studies when necessary

• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure imaging equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained

About you

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
• Registered Radiologic Technologists (RRT) or equivalent certification, as required
• Newly acquired licenses are encouraged to apply!
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, radiation physics, and imaging techniques
• Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and equipment
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Attention to detail and image quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Physical ability to assist and position patients
