Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist to join our clinical imaging team in Metro Manila. You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology and a current PRC license as an RRT, with at least 2 years of work experience in a primary laboratory.

Strong procedural proficiency and accuracy with imaging tests are essential. You will ensure patient comfort, maintain safety standards to minimize radiation exposure, manage schedules and equipment maintenance, and collaborate

• Set up examination rooms with sanitised areas and ready gowns/linens.
• Explain procedures to patients and obtain consent; address queries.

Job description

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology
• Current PRC license as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT)
• At least 2 years of work experience in a primary laboratory (excluding internship)
• Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) training is advantage
• Proficient in imaging procedures, equipment, and instrumentation
• Ability to navigate computer systems and software for performing imaging tests accurately and efficiently (Radiology Information System) and equipped with basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel, Outlook)
• Physical capability to handle weighty equipment without external aid
• Can work independently or with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Good communication and teamwork collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Sets up examination rooms by ensuring equipment is ready, there is availability of fresh sets of patients gowns and linens, and dressing cubicles/procedure areas are sanitized
• Communicates with patients, explains procedures, ensures every patient is comfortable and consents to procedure, and addresses queries
• Positions patients, selects appropriate scan settings, and ensures image clarity
• Strictly adheres to safety protocols and norms, minimizing radiation exposure
• Generates and reviews diagnostic images, liaises with physicians, and maintains patient records
• Ensures timely availability of radiographic supplies and monitors stocks and inventory
• Prepares & submits request for purchase to OM on a monthly scheduled basis for supplies/consumables replenishment
• Maintains equipment by performing regular checks, executing scheduled maintenance with Biomed or Equipment supplier, and escalating prompt emergency repairs
• Assists Clinic Operations Manager in preparing all FDA documents and permits related to radiology for regulatory compliance
• Assist Radiologists in ultrasound procedures
• Arranges schedule/decking of Radiologists for regular and special procedures
• Efficiently manages the daily schedule of readers
• Monitors and prepares Radiologist reader’s fee request for payment
