Job summary

HRT People Solutions, Inc. is seeking Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting to support our refrigeration and cooling systems.

The ideal candidate is a BS Industrial Technology graduate (RAC) or related vocational course, with at least 5 years of experience; TESDA RAC NC II/NC III is an advantage. Experience with ammonia, Freon, or CO2 systems is preferred; familiarity with food manufacturing and cold storage

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Industrial Technology majoring in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems or related vocational courses
• With at least 5 years of experience
• TESDA RAC Servicing NC II or NC III is an advantage
• Experience in ammonia (NH3), Freon, or CO2 refrigeration systems is an advantage
• Experience in food manufacturing, seafood processing, meat processing, and cold storage warehouses
• Knowledge in installation of split-type aircon, repair and troubleshooting of RAC machines
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance

Responsibilities

• Assist installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration and cooling systems
• Support operations to ensure efficient performance of RAC systems
• Follow safety and quality protocols during service

What We're Looking For

• Experience in ammonia (NH₃), Freon, or CO₂ refrigeration systems is an advantage

• Experience working in food manufacturing, seafood processing, meat processing, and cold storage warehouses

• Knowledge in installation of split type aircon, repair and troubleshooting if any RAC Machines

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
