Job description

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, and cooling systems.


• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in systems.


• Repair and replace defective parts and components.


• Conduct regular preventive maintenance.


• Monitor and record operating conditions and performance.


• Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations.


• Keep accurate service records and maintenance logs.


• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical course graduate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology (or related field).


• TESDA NCII in RAC Servicing is an advantage.


• At least 1 year of experience in refrigeration/air conditioning maintenance (open to fresh graduates if technically skilled).


• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.


• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.


• Physically fit to perform manual work and handle tools/equipment.


• Amenable to shifting schedules, overtime, and on-call duties.
