Job summary

HRT People Solutions, Inc. is seeking Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance and troubleshooting to support our refrigeration and cooling systems.

The ideal candidate is a BS Industrial Technology graduate (RAC) or related vocational course, with at least 5 years of experience; TESDA RAC NC II/NC III is an advantage. Experience with ammonia, Freon, or CO2 systems is preferred; familiarity with food manufacturing and cold storage

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Industrial Technology majoring in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems or related vocational courses
With at least 5 years of experience
TESDA RAC Servicing NC II or NC III is an advantage
Experience in ammonia (NH3), Freon, or CO2 refrigeration systems is an advantage
Experience in food manufacturing, seafood processing, meat processing, and cold storage warehouses
Knowledge in installation of split-type aircon, repair and troubleshooting of RAC machines
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance

Responsibilities

Assist installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration and cooling systems
Support operations to ensure efficient performance of RAC systems
Follow safety and quality protocols during service
