Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. in Taguig City, Philippines, is seeking an experienced R2R Team Lead to manage end-to-end cash management and general ledger operations onsite.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensure accurate financial close, and drive improvements across treasury, reconciliations, and reporting. The role requires 5–7 years in Finance & Accounting, strong SAP ECC expertise, and CPA/CMA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA a plus.
• 5–7 years in Finance & Accounting / R2R operations.
• Strong leadership in cash management, treasury, or GL roles.
• Hands-on SAP ECC experience and banking operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cash management and general accounting operations.
• Oversee payment processing, collections, and intercompany settlements.
• Review and approve payment proposals, fund transfers, and banking transactions.
• Ensure bank reconciliations and resolution of unreconciled items.
• Review MT940 processing, bank interfaces, and disbursement reports.
• Ensure treasury policies, controls, and approval matrices are followed.
• Review GL reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and suspense accounts.
• Oversee month-end close activities including accruals, journals, and adjustments.
• Ensure FX rates accuracy, revaluation, and related entries.
• Prepare and review GL and management reporting packs.
• Manage team workload, SLAs, and daily operations.
• Coach and develop analysts and senior analysts.
• Handle escalations across Treasury, AP, AR, and Finance stakeholders.
• Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and strong internal controls.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Act as SME for SAP S/4HANA treasury and finance processes.
• Support UAT, system enhancements, and transition projects.
