Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Account to Report (A2R) Subject Matter Expert with 6–8 years in Record to Report. The role focuses on GAAP compliance, process improvements, and leadership in R2R operations within a Shared Services environment.

Strong SQL, VBA/Macro, Power BI and SAP experience are required. The candidate will review complex transactions, support audits, and drive continuous improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global SSC setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent finance qualification.
• Working experience with SQL, VBA/Macro or Power BI is required.
• Finance and accounting background with exposure to general ledger, intercompany accounting, fixed assets and month-end closing.
• Experience in reconciliation, reporting and consolidation processes.
• Lease accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in process migrations, and delivering process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in A2R operations including review and approval of transactions and reports.
• Identify improvement areas and drive completed projects with quality results.
• Ensure GAAP and policy compliance in transactions and reports.
• Identify, rectify and follow up issues; implement root-cause actions.
• Participate in leadership and development of the R2R Tower.
• Conduct internal controls reviews and maintain iPace documentation.
