Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Reporting Manager to join our GBS Record to Report team in Cebu, Philippines. You will lead a team responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement.

You will help modernize reporting by transitioning legacy processes toward technology-enabled solutions while supporting accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting. You will work with finance, operational, Record to Report, and transformation teams across multiple locations, gaining

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Financial accounting or FP&A knowledge across different areas of the business.
US GAAP knowledge in a multinational environment.
Experience leading larger or virtual teams with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Awareness of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of accurate month end results, financial analysis, and reporting.
Prepare and modernize monthly financial reporting using available reporting tools and technology.
Support compliance with internal controls and internal and external audit requirements, including SARBOX.
Lead reporting process improvements, knowledge transfer activities, and the transition toward standardized global processes.
Provide guidance to a team of up to 10 analysts while supporting ad hoc analysis, Business Reviews, and resolution of reporting and system queries.
