Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Accounting Manager (R2R) in Cebu to lead the Record to Report function and a team of accounting professionals. You will oversee month-end close, reconciliations, journal approvals, and ensure accurate financial reporting under US GAAP and Country GAAP, while supporting audits and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive corporate accounting or financial operations experience.
• Leadership or team-lead experience in a multinational/shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of accounting professionals, including team leaders, toward shared goals.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, journal approvals, and significant balances.
• Apply US GAAP and Country GAAP knowledge to financial accounting activities.
• Support internal and external audits and SOX compliance requirements.
• Manage priorities, resolve issues, and drive transformation and standardization.
