Job summary

Hobenikat Inc. is seeking a Food Technologist to support R&D, product development, and production initiatives.

The role focuses on recipe development, product testing, costing, and standardization to ensure regulatory compliance and quality across projects. The candidate should be knowledgeable about FDA regulations, LTO requirements, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards, with strong attention to detail and effective communication for cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.
• Experience in Commissary R&D, Product Development, or Food Production is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in recipe development, product testing, costing, and standardization.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, LTO requirements, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Professional Food Technologist (PFT) is an advantage.
• Preferably residing in Las Piñas or nearby areas
