Job summary

Ingram Micro, a leading technology company in the global IT ecosystem, is seeking a detail-focused Quotation and Order Management specialist in the Philippines to join our dynamic sales operations team.

You will handle order entry, quote preparation, data validation, and follow-ups with resellers and customers across AU/MY/SG time zones, using MS Excel and strong English communication to ensure accuracy and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills.
• Experience with quotations and order management is required.
• Knowledge of MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot, etc) preferred.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a plus.
• Willing to work day shift aligned to AU/MY/SG time zones.

Responsibilities

• Order entry and processing; contact resellers for verifications.
• Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.
• Validate all quote data before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversions.
• Respond to inquiries on quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Maintain up-to-date records of quotes and communications.
• Override PO and vendor prices as needed.
