Job summary

Prisma Electrical Controls Corporation in Manila is seeking a Project Quotation Officer to review, estimate, prepare, and document all quotation-related activities. The role requires coordinating with ZGC principals and the Sales Team to help hit annual targets while preserving margins.

You will manage RFQ processes, ensure data accuracy, provide lead times, attach correct technical data, and negotiate pricing where feasible.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ability to review, estimate, and prepare quotations and attach correct technical data.

Responsibilities

• RFQ Management: verify data accuracy and prepare quotations with attachments.
• External communication with foreign principals: provide clear responses and forward relevant clarifications.
• RFQ Status & Feedback Monitoring: track RFQs and provide timely updates to groups.
• RFC Processing: verify data, provide certificates, and filter confidential information.
• Reports & Data Management: prepare weekly status reports and additional reports as needed.
