Job summary

DOZA Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support construction and interior fit-out projects in Quezon City. You will handle cost estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost control while coordinating with project teams to keep projects on budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or QS, a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills with exposure to PlanSwift/CostX/AutoCAD. On-site work location is Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimating, or construction cost management.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimates, progress billings, variations, and cost control.
• Actual construction site experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and unit rate analyses.
• Review drawings and specs to identify discrepancies, missing scope, and cost risks.
• Prepare and review project budgets, tender estimates, and cost proposals.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, including scope and rates.
• Review and validate subcontractor progress billings against actual accomplishments.
• Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify potential overruns.
• Prepare, evaluate, and monitor variation orders and change orders.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Accounting.
• Conduct site inspections and quantity verification when necessary.
• Maintain accurate cost reports, billing records, BOQs, and documentation.

DOZA Group Inc. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our ongoing and upcoming construction and interior fit-out projects.

We are seeking someone with strong technical and commercial knowledge who can work independently, coordinate with project teams, and help ensure accurate project costing and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and unit rate analyses.

• Review construction drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies, missing scope, and potential cost risks.

• Prepare and review project budgets, tender estimates, and cost proposals.

• Actual construction site experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in commercial construction, hospitality, retail, or interior fit-out projects is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of PlanSwift, CostX, Bluebeam, or AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of independently managing assigned QS deliverables.

• Able to coordinate effectively with multiple project teams.
