Job summary

Credibuild Development Corp. in Metro Manila seeks a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to manage takeoffs, cost estimates, and BOQ reviews for diverse construction projects.

Based at the QC Head Office, you will collaborate with site teams, engineers, and clients, with occasional travel to regional sites as required. The ideal candidate holds a licensed Civil Engineer credential and a minimum of 3 years in quantity surveying, estimation, and VO management.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with active licensure.
• Minimum 3 years in quantity surveying, takeoff, estimating, and costing.
• Experience in project management, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Experience in preparing and managing variation orders (VOs).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of construction plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Proficient in quantity takeoff and cost estimation.
• Knowledge of cost monitoring and budget control.
• Ability to prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, and progress billings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other QS/estimating software.
• Good coordination with site teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Primarily based at QC Head Office; must be willing to visit and stay at project site whenever required.
• May be assigned or required to support projects in Region 6, Region 5, and Region 3; must be willing to travel and be assigned to these locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Takeoff, Estimating, and Costing
