Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Cebu City for onsite work at IT Park. The role focuses on cost accuracy across cabinet, joinery, and interior fit-out projects to protect margins and inform procurement decisions.

You will perform take-offs, prepare BOQs, and monitor cost movement against baselines. Candidates should have 3–5 years in quantity surveying, experience with tender support, and proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drawing tools, plus advanced MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or construction cost control.
• Hands-on experience preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project cost reports.
• Exposure to interior fit-out, joinery, or cabinet manufacturing projects.
• Working knowledge of cost estimation tools and advanced MS Excel.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and develop project cost baselines.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and produce BOQs.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and monitor cost movement.
• Assist in tender documents and bid analysis.
• Coordinate with project engineers on scope, design, and schedule alignment.
