Job summary

J810 Construction and Development Corp. in Cebu City is seeking a hands-on Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our on-site team. You will conduct site inspections, prepare estimates and costing, and monitor billings while coordinating with subcontractors.

Prepare Bills of Quantities and review materials and project requirements for accuracy. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and a BS Civil Engineering degree are required. Construction estimating/quantity surveying experience is preferred.
