Job summary

Forest Lake Development, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to provide in-house estimates for land development and vertical construction projects. The role includes preparing bid documents, cost monitoring, and developing budgets and payment schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, be licensed, and possess strong software skills in Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Civil 3D, with Revit as a plus. A minimum of three years in construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer with active professional license.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Civil 3D is required.
• Revit proficiency is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction, especially in quantity estimates, bidding and contract review.
