Forest Lake Development, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering professional who excels in site operations and project cost-control. This role blends technical know-how with strategic oversight and is supported by an industry-leading benefits program.

Responsibilities include analysis of plans, budget consolidation, and payments oversight, with regular field site visits to align projections with reality. PRC licensure is preferred, and Master Plumber status is a plus.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in construction project management.
A PRC Civil Engineer license is highly preferred.
Master Plumber licensure exam passer is a significant advantage.

Mansioni

Analyze construction plans to prepare detailed quantity requirements and technical assessments.
Work collaboratively with site managers, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project alignment.
Consolidate data for budget analysis, risk assessments, and contract documentation for management review.
Provide data-driven recommendations and innovative strategies to improve project outcomes.
Oversee the disbursement of payments to workers, vendors, and subcontractors with precision and integrity.
Conduct site visits as required to ensure office-based projections align with field reality.
