PERRC Inc. is seeking a proficient Quantity Surveyor to prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for diverse projects in the Philippines.

The role focuses on cost control, monitoring quantities, and ensuring compliances with project plans and specifications. The candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction costing, be proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD, and possess a strong analytical mindset with excellent documentation

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, quantity surveying, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction costing.
• Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ, cost estimates, and progress billing.
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of estimating software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction plans, specs, and materials.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and BOQ based on plans and specs.
• Review drawings, specs, and scope of work for accurate costing.
• Monitor project quantities, costs, and material usage.
• Prepare progress billing, variation orders, and cost reports.
• Verify quantities and accomplishments of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Accounting regarding costs.
• Assist in cost control and budget monitoring.
• Maintain accurate records of measurements, estimates, and project cost documentation.
• Identify discrepancies in quantities, costing, and project scope.
• Perform other quantity surveying and cost-related duties as assigned.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and reviewing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, bill of quantities, and project cost reports. The position will monitor project costs, materials, and quantities to ensure accuracy, cost control, and compliance with project plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on plans and specifications.
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work for accurate costing.
