Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator with strong Cubit or CostX expertise to deliver accurate cost estimates, detailed cost plans, tender documentation and Bills of Quantities for Australian commercial and technical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work and other tender documents.
- Prepare detailed estimates covering materials, labour and equipment.
- Develop accurate Bills of Quantities using standard measurement methods.
- Prepare detailed cost plans, cost breakdowns and pricing schedules.
- Apply appropriate unit rates using industry benchmarks and current market data.
- Develop competitive and commercially sound pricing for project tenders.
- Conduct value-engineering reviews to optimise costs without compromising quality.
- Prepare trade breakdowns and final tender submissions.
- Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate tender records, cost databases and project documentation.
- Obtain pricing and cost information from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Participate in post-tender negotiations and clarification meetings.
- Ensure compliance with ANZSMM and relevant Australian construction standards.
- Provide accurate cost advice and reports to management and project stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in quantity surveying, estimating, tendering or construction procurement.
- Experience supporting the Australian construction market.
- Advanced proficiency in Cubit or CostX is required.
- Experience with MudShark or Microsoft Office 365 is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of BoQ preparation, cost planning and tendering methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Australian construction practices, standards and regulations.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, contracts and tender documentation.
- Experience across commercial and technical projects such as industrial facilities, schools, hospitals, data centres, office fit-outs, sports facilities and council projects.
- High attention to detail with strong time and task management.
- Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, morning shift)
