Cybalink Solutions in Pasig, Philippines seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to deliver accurate BOQs and cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects.

You will review documents, support tender submissions, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This is an office-based role in Arcovia City, Pasig, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in estimating for commercial and industrial projects.
• Experience with tendering and design-to-construct processes.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate BOQs for Architectural, Structural, Civil, and Landscaping works.
• Deliver BOQs on time and in alignment with tender schedules.
• Identify omissions, variations, and ambiguities in drawings and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and structured reporting.
• Prepare contract vs as-built comparisons and variation measurements.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all estimating processes.
• Support project teams with data analysis, tender documentation, and related tasks.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our team. You will play a key role in preparing and delivering accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and documentation to ensure successful tender submissions across a wide range of commercial and industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate BOQs for Architectural, Structural, Civil, and Landscaping works.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in estimating for commercial and industrial projects (education, health, industrial, fit-outs, offices, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of design & construct tendering.
• Proficient in Cubit Estimating System and Mudshark Take-Off System (required).
• Competent with AutoCAD LT, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Australian standards and/or international exposure is desirable but not essential.
  
• Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 6:00AM to 3:00PM
