China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd Philippine Branch - Main Office in Pasay City is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor (Electrical/MEPFS) for our high-rise projects. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, and 3–5 years of QS experience focusing on electrical works.

Strong cost estimation, quantity take-off, and project costing skills are required, along with proficiency in MS Office.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years experience as a QS with focus on electrical works / MEPFS.
• Experience in high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and project costing.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and relevant QS tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
• Willing to be assigned in Gil Puyat, Pasay City.
• Can start immediately.
