Job summary

J-K Network Services in the Philippines seeks a QS Electrical Engineer to manage electrical project quantities, take-offs, and cost estimates for building systems. The position is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a Licensed Electrical Engineer status, and 2+ years in electrical design and construction. Salary ranges from PHP 25,000 to PHP 30,000 gross monthly; staff housing is provided, with health coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer is an advantage.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical design and construction.
• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, project costing, and estimation.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all quantity surveying activities for electrical projects.
• Prepare electrical quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and material quantities.
• Prepare BOQ and project quotations.
• Review electrical plans, drawings, and specifications.
