Job summary

rvdc is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in the Luzon region. You will prepare cost plans, manage BoQ, and monitor spending against budgets to keep projects financially healthy.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in QS/CE/Construction Management, understand local regulations, and can forecast financial health while recommending cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Understanding of construction law, contract types and local building regulations.
• Prepare detailed cost plans, material take-offs, and bills of quantities from blueprints and drawings.
• Monitor real-time spending, manage variations, and forecast project financial health.
• Recommend cost-saving alternatives without lowering quality or safety standards.
• Willing to work in Luzon work sites.
