Job summary

Urban Fit Out Const. & Dev. Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to prepare and analyze cost estimates, control costs, and support project teams through all phases of construction.

You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors, review contracts, monitor expenditures and forecast budgets, and apply cost estimation software and MS Excel to drive value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are required.
