DOZA Group Inc. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, tendering, and commercial controls across commercial, hospitality, retail, and interior fit-out projects in the Philippines.
This head office-based role supports multiple ongoing and upcoming projects. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement and Accounting to monitor budgets, evaluate subcontractor cost proposals, and drive value engineering while protecting profitability.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is technically competent, commercially minded, and committed to helping deliver projects successfully while protecting project profitability.
This is a Head Office-based position that supports multiple ongoing and upcoming projects.
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
Prepare material, labor, equipment, and subcontract cost estimates.
Assist in bid preparation and tender submissions.
Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
Review and evaluate subcontractor quotations and cost proposals.
Verify subcontractor progress billings and payment applications.
Monitor project variations, change orders, and additional works.
Assist in preparing variation order documentation and commercial claims.
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Accounting.
Conduct site visits when necessary to verify quantities and project progress.
Review actual quantities against BOQs and identify discrepancies.
Provide commercial support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with Procurement in evaluating supplier quotations.
Recommend cost-effective alternatives while maintaining quality and project requirements.
Assist in value engineering initiatives to improve project profitability.
Prepare cost reports, commercial summaries, and budget updates.
Maintain accurate records of BOQs, estimates, variation logs, and project cost data.
Continuously improve quantity surveying templates and cost databases.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
At least 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimating, or Commercial Construction.
Experience in commercial buildings, hotels, retail, or interior fit-out projects is highly preferred.
Previous site engineering experience is a strong advantage.

Quantity take-offs
Cost estimation
Progress billings
Subcontractor billings
Variation orders and change management
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or other quantity take-off software is an advantage.
